Our general hours of operation are:
- Tuesday – Thursday: 10AM – 6PM
- Friday & Saturday: 10AM – 10PM
- Sunday: 1PM – 8PM
Hours of operation may vary due to holidays, special events, and seasonal schedules.
Looking to visit outside of our regular business hours? We accept reservations for groups of 8 or more guests and may be able to accommodate private events outside of normal operating hours. You can reserve a group package online or submit a Request a Quote for availability.
What are your prices?
- Go-Kart Racing: $12 per race
- Putt Mania Mini Golf: $12 per round
- Game Zone Arcade: Arcade game pricing varies by game
Putt Mania is St. Joseph County’s only indoor tech-infused mini golf experience, featuring digital scoring and 9 unique holes inspired by classic games, pop culture, and playful challenges—including Tetris, pinball, and a giant toilet bowl.
Is there an admission fee to enter Generations Raceway?
No. Spectators can enter and watch races free of charge. Charges apply only for racing, mini golf, arcade games, food, beverages, and merchandise purchases.
Reservations & Check-In
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Reservations are required for go-kart racing and Putt Mania mini golf tee times. We recommend booking online in advance to secure your preferred time. While reservations may be made on-site, availability can be limited during peak periods, especially on weekends.
Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Reservations are non-refundable. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
What happens if I miss my reservation?
Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled race time to complete check-in, waivers, and any required safety instructions.
Guests who arrive late or miss their scheduled race time may forfeit their reservation. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, placement in a later session is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
No-shows and missed reservations are not eligible for refunds.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to racing.
Drivers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
Racing Requirements
What are the racing requirements?
Drivers must be at least 8 years old, 48 inches tall, and weigh no more than 250 pounds to participate in racing.
Do I need prior racing experience?
No. Generations Raceway welcomes racers of all skill levels.
Do I need a driver's license to race?
No. A driver’s license is not required.
Can I race if I am pregnant?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party. Add-on’s and food must be paid for at least 24 hours prior the event, we will send you a digital payment link for online transactions. The remaining balance for guests is due on the day of the event.
Can I race by myself?
If no other racers join your session, you may have the track entirely to yourself. However, if other racers are scheduled in the same session, you will race together.
Guests who would like exclusive use of the track for themselves or their group should book a Private Racing event.
Can adults and children race together
It depends on the age of the child.
Our public racing sessions are separated by age group:
- Ages 8–15
- Ages 16+
This helps ensure all racers enjoy a fun, comfortable, and competitive experience.
If you would like to race with younger members of your family or group, we recommend booking a private session so your group can enjoy the track together.
Families & CHildren
Can my child race without an adult present?
No. Drivers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a liability waiver.
Can a child ride with an adult?
No. All karts are single-seat vehicles. Children who do not meet the height requirement cannot ride as passengers.
Safety & Equipment
What should I expect on race day?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled race time.
Upon arrival, you’ll check in and verify that all required waivers have been completed. Before racing, all drivers will participate in a pre-race briefing covering safety procedures, track operations, and Raceway Rules of the Road.
Drivers will then be provided with a complimentary head sock and helmet before being escorted to the track for their racing session.
Once the briefing is complete and safety equipment is fitted, it’s off to the races!
Can I wear my own helmet?
Yes. Guests may wear their own helmet provided it is DOT-approved, full-face, and equipped with a visor or goggles.
Guests who choose to use their own helmet do so at their own risk. Generations Raceway does not inspect, certify, or guarantee the condition, fit, or safety of personally owned helmets and reserves the right to prohibit the use of any helmet that appears unsafe or does not meet facility requirements.
What should I wear?
Drivers must wear:
- Closed-toe shoes
- Comfortable clothing
Can I wear a dress, skirt, or loose-fitting clothing?
Yes. Guests wearing dresses, skirts, robes, or other loose-fitting garments may participate provided all clothing remains fully contained within the kart and does not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle.
Clothing must not:
- Enter the pedal area
- Extend outside the kart
- Contact the track surface
- Become caught on the kart, barriers, track equipment, or other objects
All drivers must be able to properly secure required safety restraints and maintain full control of the kart at all times.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself, payment, and appropriate attire. Generations Raceway provides helmets, head socks, and karts.
Groups, Parties, & Events
How many people are required for a group event?
A minimum of 8 participants is required to book a group event.
What private event options are available?
We offer a variety of private event experiences, including:
- Private Rooms – Podium Experience, Owner’s Suite, and Pit Stop
- Private Racing or Putt Mania – Reserve the race track or Putt Mania mini golf course for your group
- Full Facility Exclusive Events – Enjoy exclusive access to the entire facility for larger private events
